Cheese Cake Cupcakes

If you like cheesecake and cupcakes this will be your favorite recipe! I have never made this before but looks good. Just got done watching Cupcake wars and got experience and found this recipe. WOW! Looks good but does it taste good? To tell you the truth I really don't know.


Ingredients

  • 16 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line muffin pans with cupcake papers.
  2. Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each cupcake paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in cupcake papers.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes, until golden and set.

Tex-Mex Macaroni and Cheese

What is better when you mix country and Mexican? You get Tex-Mex! This all country meal has put a twist to it! Adding, some spicy meat, and taco seasoning would make your all-American meal will light your taste buds on fire. Well, not literally but, you will feel the all the seasonings on your tongue when you finally get to try it. It's my all-American favorite food.



Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (7.3 ounce) package white Cheddar macaroni and cheese mix


Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef and drain off excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water according to seasoning package directions and simmer for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Set aside.
  2. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Combine beef mixture and macaroni and cheese. Mix together and serve.
